Payment & Delivery

Delivery terms

Standard shipping of our orchids is only possible in Germany and within the European Union. We ship with DHL. You can see the respective shipping costs below.

Our shipping schedule is always on Mondays and Tuesdays. International orders will be send out only on Mondays.

We have the right to postpone shipment in extreme weather conditions in winter and summer. In such cases, we will wait for more suitable conditions to be able to ship the plants safely.

Delivery costs

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 8.90 Euro per order. From a gross order value of 150 Euro we ship free of charge.

We calculate a charge of 30.00 Euro per order for express delivery.

II. Shipping within the European Union (EU):

The shipping costs within the European Union amount to a flat rate as of 22.00 Euro (+ VAT) per order. Any adjustment to the respective VAT possible and is displayed in the shopping cart. From a gross order value of 500 Euro, we ship free of charge.

We calculate a charge of 59.90 Euro per order for express delivery. Any adjustment to the respective VAT possible and is displayed in the shopping cart. The exact costs will only be calculated after the order has been placed (depending on size / weight / country). We will then send you a correct invoice.

III. Information on delivery times

DHL STANDARD:

Germany: 2 - 5 days

EU: 4 - 10 days

DHL EXPRESS:

Germany: 1 - 2 days

EU: 1 - 4 days

IV. Minimum order value

No minimum order value.

We offer the following payment options:

Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, giving the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail in the context of the order processing.

2. PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

1. select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.

2. you will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.

3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods debit note via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.

4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.orchidsforeurope.de).

3. Cash payment

You collect the goods from us yourself and pay on the spot in cash. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address: Lehnsgrund 18, 45149 Essen, Germany.

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
