Quality: Certified company

Our plants are regularly inspected by the plant protection authority Germany for possible pests and general plant health. These are the requirements for issuing an EU plant passport.

All our plants are certified for the plant passport and correspond to a certain official quality level.

In addition, we carry out internal inspections of our orchids to continuously check their health and quality.

Our Shipping: A reliable matter

We take a lot of time to pack your exclusive orchids. We pack your plants lovingly and with a lot of patience so that no damage occurs during the postal transport. Our packaging system has proven to be particularly good. The feedback from our customers is exceptionally good.

We only send orchids that we would like to have ourselves. Therefore, we take the time to check the plants thoroughly before shipping. We check the roots, the leaves, the flowers and the substrate. This process is extremely important to us.

Care & Protection

Each plant is carefully checked before shipping: Moisture in the pot, correct pot size, leaves and flowers.
Your orchid will be carefully wrapped with tissue paper and protected by bubble wrap.
We additionally protect the leaves with paperboard to avoid damage.
In winter, we add heat packs so that no cold shock can occur during transport. In addition, we line the boxes with a 5mm insulating foil so that the heat packs can develop their optimum effect.
We use strong boxes to protect the plants from external influences.
